Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Agiza One, including the web platform, WhatsApp workflows, business tools, reports, integrations and support services.

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, using the Agiza One website, continuing through WhatsApp, subscribing to a plan, inviting team members, uploading documents or using any Agiza One feature, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you are using Agiza One for a company, partnership, sole proprietorship, client or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to use the service and to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. What Agiza One provides

Agiza One provides business software tools for bookkeeping, invoices, receipts, bills, expense records, reports, payroll workflows, banking records, document uploads, WhatsApp-guided workflows, customer and supplier records, business setup, referrals, help center feedback, social marketing tools and related support.

Agiza One helps you organize business records, generate documents, view reports and manage team workflows.

WhatsApp workflows

Some features can be started or completed through WhatsApp, including guided onboarding, document upload prompts and selected business actions.

Agiza One is a software platform. It is not a law firm, audit firm, tax agent, bank, payment institution or government agency. Any reports, classifications, calculations or suggestions generated by the system should be reviewed by the user or a qualified professional before filing, submission or reliance.

3. Accounts, access and responsibility

  • Accurate information: You must provide correct account, business, contact, tax and billing information.
  • Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login details, devices, WhatsApp access and team invitations secure.
  • Team members: If you invite users to a business workspace, you are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.
  • Unauthorized use: Notify Agiza One promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, incorrect transactions, compromised credentials or suspicious activity.

4. Business records and user content

You retain ownership of the business information, documents, invoices, receipts, bank statements, payroll data, customer details, supplier details, comments, suggestions and other content you submit to Agiza One. You grant Agiza One permission to host, process, analyze, display and transmit that content only as needed to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for reviewing records before posting, sending, submitting, exporting, using in reports or relying on them. Automated classification, OCR, AI-supported suggestions and WhatsApp prompts may be helpful, but they can be incomplete or inaccurate.

5. Plans, billing and payments

Some Agiza One features are free, trial-based or subscription-based. Available plans, limits, prices, included features and billing periods are shown on the pricing or billing pages. Prices may change, but active users will be informed where required before changes apply to their subscription.

  • Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
  • Failed, reversed or disputed payments may limit access to paid features.
  • Trials may expire automatically unless a paid plan is selected.
  • Refunds, credits or referral rewards may be reviewed manually and may depend on the specific offer, plan and usage history.

6. Third-party integrations

Agiza One may integrate with services such as WhatsApp, Meta/Facebook, Google, payment processors, email providers, Zapier, cloud storage and other business tools. These services are operated by third parties and may have their own terms, pricing, availability, data handling and permission requirements.

If you connect an integration, you authorize Agiza One to exchange information with that service as needed for the selected feature. You can disconnect integrations where the product provides controls, but some historical logs may be retained for security, audit, billing or support purposes.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Agiza One to:

  • break the law, violate tax, employment, privacy, intellectual property or financial regulations;
  • upload false, misleading, fraudulent, harmful or unauthorized records;
  • send spam, abusive messages or unauthorized marketing;
  • attempt to access another user’s account, business records, tokens or private data;
  • reverse engineer, overload, scrape, attack, bypass security or interfere with the service;
  • use Agiza One in a way that damages the platform, other users or third-party systems.

8. Availability, accuracy and limitation of liability

Agiza One works to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free results, permanent availability of integrations or that every report, calculation, classification or workflow will be suitable for every business need.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agiza One is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, data, business opportunity, goodwill or compliance penalties arising from your use of the service. You remain responsible for professional review, regulatory submissions and business decisions.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access if there is suspected abuse, non-payment, security risk, legal requirement, misuse of integrations, breach of these terms or activity that may harm users, Agiza One or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active billing obligations.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Agiza One changes. Material updates may be communicated through the website, app announcements, email, WhatsApp or another reasonable channel. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
